Technical project with: a) Presentation memorandum of the work, from which should result: the kilometer and metric position of the placement site of the advertising panel; description of the site and the panel (shape, dimensions, materials used, etc.); detail of the panel fastening; specification of the placement distance from the road axis; b) Area framing plan, at a convenient scale (1:2000). c) Situation plan at 1:500 scale, which should include: the county road and its elements; the distance of the panel from the axis and edge of the county road or from other elements, specification of the kilometer position, etc. d) Cross-section at the location of the panel, specifying the distance from the axis of the county road; e) Detail of the panel fastening; f) Color mock-up of the advertisement to be displayed; g) Report regarding quality verification at requirement "A" strength and stability, as well as the actual calculation. The technical project must be signed by the person who prepared and verified it.*
