Presentation memorandum of the work, showing: the kilometer and meter positions (on the county road) of the beginning and end of the parallel route of the cable/pipe and of the undercrossings/overcrossings of the county road; location of the installation within the county road area (distances from the axis of the county road); a brief description of the installation method (with references to the method of executing the installation trench, placement of poles, storage during the works of the soil resulting from the excavation, equipment, materials and tools, execution of the undercrossing/overcrossing of the county road, ensuring pedestrian traffic during the works, in case the work will be carried out in the locality, etc.); method for restoring affected areas; method for signaling the works; duration of the works.
b) Drawings
Area integration plan, at a suitable scale (1:2000); Situation plan at scale 1:500, to include the route of the installation in the road area, specifying the distance from the axis of the county road, as well as the kilometer and meter positions on the county road of the beginning and end of the installation route and the undercrossings/overcrossings; Cross sections, at the undercrossings/overcrossings (specifying the depth or height of the installation - from the axis level of the county road) and for placement parallel to the county road - for specific areas (specifying the installation distance from the axis of the county road).
The technical project must be signed by those who prepared and checked it.*
