Appeal method: In the situation where the applicant is dissatisfied with the manner in which the request was resolved, the provisions of Article 30 of Law no. 416/2001 regarding the guaranteed minimum income apply: “(1) The mayor's decision regarding the granting, non-granting, modification, suspension, termination of payment of the rights provided by this law, the change of their holder, as well as the recovery of unduly received amounts, may be challenged according to the provisions of the Law on administrative litigation no. 554/2004 with subsequent amendments.”
(2) Requests, actions and appeals regarding the rights provided in this law are exempt from stamp duty.'
