The Central Unit or Territorial Branch for Land Improvements coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of permits in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the permit is 24 months; before this period expires, a single extension of the permit may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF permit for which the extension is requested) and field verification of it.
The extension of the permit will have a different registration number from the ANIF permit issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the validity of the permit is not possible, and the applicant will have to obtain, in accordance with the law, another ANIF permit.
ANIF issues the permits within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
