Technical documentation drawn up by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation/technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be mandatorily checked, according to the law, by a certified project verifier. In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, and highways, the documentation is required to be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*
