The Technical Approval Certificate is issued in the case of construction works for new network extensions, water/sewer connections, utility connections or to the holder of the previously issued Agreement in Principle. The approval fee is 440 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment for technical approvals is made at Apa Prod cashiers or by electronic means of payment to the account RO15BRDE220SV23121912200 B.R.D. - Groupe Société Générale S.A. Deva.
