The request for extension of the validity of the construction/demolition permit must be submitted 45 working days before the expiry date, and according to the law, it can be granted only once for a maximum of 24 months.
For the extension of the validity of the construction/demolition permit, the applicant will create an account on the start.ps4.ro platform where they will submit a request for extension of the validity of the construction permit.
The value of the extension fee for the validity of the construction/demolition permit is 30% of the initial fee of the construction/demolition permit.
