1. Citizens' Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – 1st floor, new wing) phone 0241485565;
2. Through post offices, to the address of the Constanța City Hall – Bd. Tomis no. 51;
3. Online, at the e-mail address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro
The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period may be extended only once, at the applicant’s request, for a period not exceeding the one initially approved.
