This procedure describes the method for issuing the operating permit for carrying out temporary economic activities in public areas or areas with public access.
Applications are submitted to:
1. The Citizens' Information Center located on Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (City Park Mall premises – 1st floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Through post offices, to the address of Constanța Municipality City Hall - Bd. Tomis no. 51;
3. Online, at the e-mail address: agenti.economici@primaria-constanta.ro

The authorization period is a maximum of 30 days. This period can be extended only once, at the applicant's request, for a period equal to or less than the one initially approved.

Obs: - in the case where the articles of association or the company contract are submitted, they must contain the CAEN code specific to the activity carried out, namely code 7311 - activities of advertising agencies; - in the case where the certificate of registration of amendments and the resolution issued by the Trade Register Office based on the provisions of GEO no. 44/2008 - regarding the conducting of economic activities by authorized natural persons, individual enterprises and family enterprises - are submitted, the CAEN code specific to the activity carried out must be reflected, namely 7311 - Activities of advertising agencies.*
