​For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application form is filled out and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the issued urbanism certificate in original. The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.

Upon submission of the extension application for the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
