Applications and documentation are submitted at the service headquarters located on Stefan Mihaileanu Street no.10 during public hours (mentioned below), online at the email address admcimitire@primaria-constanta.ro, through the online application submission platform cereri.primaria-constanta.ro/cereri related to cemetery administration as well as via postal service (to the address Str. Stefan Mihaileanu no.10- Constanta).
Public hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - Document/info submissions- 8.30-12.00;
Thursday: Document/info submissions 8.30-18.30;
For the exhumation of a corpse in the period between 1 and 7 years after burial, the applicant for the funerary construction must obtain the consent of another concessionaire who agrees to the temporary relocation of the coffin in the latter's place for the period during which the funerary work is carried out, with the coffin to be reburied in the new funerary construction.
