The procedure applies at the request of the activity holder, for the assessment of compliance with legal regulations regarding public health for operating objectives that carry out activities with risks to the health status of the population.
The procedure is mandatory for:
a) activities involving the use of biocidal products for disinfection, pest control, and rodent control in spaces used by the population;
b) hairdressing activities and other beautification activities - starting January 1, 2021.
