The applicant for the urbanism certificate is the natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a real estate property, land and/or constructions for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law. In order to issue the urbanism certificate, the applicant will address the Sebeș City Hall by submitting a request according to the F1 form - REQUEST for issuing the urbanism certificate, in which both the identification elements of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested will be written: locality, cadastral number and land registry number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request.
