The applicant for the urbanism certificate is the natural or legal person interested in receiving information from the competent public administration authority regarding a real estate property, land and/or constructions for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law. In order to issue the urbanism certificate, the applicant will address the Sebeș City Hall by submitting a request according to the F1 form - REQUEST for issuing the urbanism certificate, in which both the identification elements of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested will be written: locality, cadastral number and land registry number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request. Payment can also be made at https://www.primariasebes.ro/ghiseul-ro/
The department handling the request is the Urbanism Office.
