This procedure regulates the method of submitting the administrative complaint online as a result of the fact that, upon request for obtaining information of public interest addressed to Mureș County Council, according to the provisions of Law 544/2001 regarding free access to information of public interest, the applicant received a negative response.
Clarifications: Law no. 544/2001 regarding free access to information of public interest
Art. 32 - In case a person considers that the right regarding access to information of public interest has been violated, he or she may address an administrative complaint to the head of the authority or public institution to which the information was requested.
Art. 33 – The person who considers himself or herself harmed in his or her rights may submit the administrative complaint provided for in Art. 32 within 30 days from becoming aware of the explicit or tacit refusal of the employees within the authority or public institution to apply the provisions of the law and these rules.

Art. 36 – (1) The applicant who, after receiving the response to the administrative complaint, still considers himself injured in his rights provided by law, may file a complaint with the administrative litigation section of the tribunal, within 30 days from the expiration of the term provided in art. 7 of Law no. 544/2001.
