​The procedure describes the way to submit the request for exercising the right to data portability of personal data.

The request is submitted to:

1. The Citizen Information Center located in Deva, Piata Unirii no. 4, room no. 25

2. Online, at the email address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After the registration of the received request, the data protection officer will send you the registration number by email.

The operator provides the data subject with information regarding the actions taken in response to a request under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without undue delay and in any case within one month from the receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The operator informs the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay.
