The request for reimbursement of medicines is made by:

• Military personnel in reserve/retired, military pensioner (art. 4 letter f) from M 110/2009);
• Military pensioned due to disability as a result of service accidents or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling military obligations, who later opted for a pension from the state social insurance system (art. 4 letter h) from M 110/2009);
• Veteran, widow, war invalid, other categories of persons provided for by special laws (art. 4 letter j) from M 110/2009),

Documents required for the reimbursement file:

• Reimbursement request
• Photocopy of identity document
• Photocopy of pension slip
• Photocopy of the medical recommendation (CNAS-type prescription, simple prescription, medical letter,
  military prescription)
• Tax invoice issued by the pharmacy that delivered the medicines in the name of the holder
  of the medical recommendation, original
• Fiscal receipt corresponding to the tax invoice, original
• IBAN code of the account in which the reimbursed amount is requested to be transferred.
