Art.46*) - (1) For the placement or installation in the public road area of advertising panels, any constructions or commercial activities, access roads, arrangements or installations for any purpose, without endangering traffic safety, besides the building permit, as applicable, the prior agreement and the installation and/or access permit in the public road area, issued by the administrator of the respective road, are mandatory.
