According to the normative acts in force, namely: Law 61/1993 on the state allowance for children, Government Decision 577/2008 on the Methodological Norms for the application of Law 61/1993, Law 277/2010 on the allowance for family support, Law 416/2001 on the guaranteed minimum income, Government Decision 50/2011 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law 416/2001 on social assistance, Law 272/2004 on the protection and promotion of children's rights, Order 1733/2015 on the approval of the procedure for establishing and payment of monthly placement allowance, support indemnity and indemnity for young people, Government Emergency Ordinance 111/2010 on the child raising allowance, Government Decision 52/2011 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance 111/2010 on the child raising allowance, Law 273/2004 on the adoption procedure, Government Decision 579/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of Law 273/2004 on the adoption procedure, beneficiaries may request changes in the granting of social rights based on supporting documents.
Beneficiaries will fill in electronically, in the Necessary Documents section, the application for the granting of unpaid rights, resumption of payment, address change, name, payment method, modification of the legal representative for the state allowance for children, family support allowance, social aid, child raising allowance, insertion incentive, monthly placement allowance, monthly food allowance, accommodation allowance. The application must be accompanied by supporting documents such as: legal representative's identity card, child's birth certificate, final court decision for divorce, placement, adoption, certificate of school attendance for students over 18 years old, disability degree certificate, etc.​​
