The project verification reports and, if applicable, the specialty studies, the technical justification note / technical expertise report, the energy audit report, the technical expertise report of the technical systems, the energy performance certificate of the building, as well as the study regarding the possibility of installing/using alternative energy production systems where applicable; /, if applicable, one original copy;*

Certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the taxable value of the property for the demolition permit.*
