The conditions for issuing tax attestation certificates are provided by Law no.227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no.207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code. Therefore, the applicant will obtain the tax attestation certificate only if they are up to date with the payment of tax obligations owed to the local budget of the city of Negresti and if they have declared the special sanitation fee.
