In case of representation, notarial power of attorney, respectively the delegation, the decision of the general meeting of associates, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, as the case may be, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card of the authorized natural person or a copy of the passport for the authorized natural person with domicile abroad.*

Urbanism certificate (within the validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan endorsed by OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from the agricultural circuit), as applicable*

Copy of the ANIF Opinion for permanent or temporary removal from agricultural use for verification of compliance with imposed conditions, if applicable*

The land register excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the issuance of the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (with the exception of requests for the works provided for in art. 7 para 1-4 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, republished); (with the exception of investment works of public utility)*

Government Decision/County Council/Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national/county/local interest, in accordance with the law, as applicable*

Technical documentation/technical project drafted by a person certified and authorized in land improvement works (or checked by a project verifier certified in the field of land improvement) with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where applicable. In the case of works for national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the documentation be endorsed by a project verifier certified in roads and bridges.*
