For fulfillment of the representativity conditions at the unit level, according to art. 55, point D letter c) of Law no. 367/2022 regarding social dialogue, the Labor Inspection will issue a certificate regarding the number of employees/workers in the unit, based on information extracted from the database organized at the Labor Inspection level with the general registers of employee records submitted by employers. Issuing the certificate for this purpose is free of charge.
