Procedure description
a) inclusion support;
b) support for families with children.
Depending on the needs of the family/single person, the minimum inclusion income is accompanied by other complementary social assistance measures, granted in cash and/or in kind, as follows:
c) incentives;
d) contributory facilities;
e) other complementary rights
The minimum inclusion income consists of the total amounts representing inclusion support and support for families with children, which are determined according to the adjusted monthly net income of the family within the following limits:
a) for inclusion support, up to and including an adjusted monthly net income of 275 lei, which is taken into account when determining the family’s total income;
b) for inclusion support, up to and including an adjusted monthly net income of 400 lei, which is taken into account when determining the income of a single person aged at least 65 years;
c) for support for families with children, up to and including an adjusted monthly net income of 700 lei.
The right is granted on the basis of a request-declaration on one’s own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the composition of the family, the income earned in the month prior to the submission of the application by its members, and the assets owned, including in other administrative-territorial units.

- standard application form;
- copies of the identity documents of all family members: husband/wife, children, cohabiting partner;
- copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable);
- copy of the divorce decision (if applicable);
- copies of documents showing guardian/trustee status, etc. (if applicable);
- copies of the family placement decision/or adoption approval (if applicable);
- copy of the ownership/rental document for the dwelling;
- supporting documents regarding incomes earned;
- income certificate issued by ANAF;
- tax attestation certificate regarding the assets owned;
- copies of documents showing inclusion in the category of persons with disabilities (if applicable);
- other medical documents showing incapacity for work;
- proof of school attendance by dependent children.
