This procedure describes the method for selling privately-owned real estate of the Municipality of Constanta

1. Applications are submitted at the Citizens’ Information Center located at Bd. Al.Lăpușneanu no.116C (inside City Park Mall - 1st floor, new wing), tel 0241485565.
