As applicable, the attestation documents are certificates or recommendations.Online requests for the issuance of documents necessary for professional recognition of the aforementioned Romanian qualifications, accompanied by the corresponding documents, are submitted through PCUe to the county/ Bucharest branch of OAMGMAMR, of which the applicant is a member. If the applicant HAS NOT acquired membership in OAMGMAMR, the application is submitted online via PCUe to the OAMGMAMR branch whose territorial area the applicant resides in. If the applicant does not attach all the requested documents or it is found that the file is incomplete, the applicant will be notified through the PCUe system. Within 15 days from the notification, the applicant is obliged to complete the file with all the requested documents. If the applicant does not respect the completion deadline, at its expiration, the file will be automatically closed by the PCUe system.The recognition documents (certificates/recommendations) will be issued at the level of the OAMGMAMR National specialized structure, and within 90 days from the registration of the complete electronic file, they will be sent online to the applicants through PCUe by the county branch of OAMGMAMR where they submitted the electronic file.
