This procedure establishes the method for removing buildings and land owned by natural persons (NP) from the records of the administrative-territorial unit, in accordance with current legislation.

The procedure applies to:

  • buildings constructed/purchased by NPs that are to be removed from the local register;
  • land registered in the name of NPs that is removed from the records as a result of sale, donation, expropriation, or decommissioning.
