This procedure establishes the method for declaring vehicles with a maximum authorized total mass under 12 tons, owned by individuals, for the purpose of determining and recording the transport means tax in the fiscal records of the administrative-territorial unit.
The procedure applies to individuals who acquire or own vehicles with a maximum authorized total mass under 12 tons and who have their domicile within the jurisdiction of the administrative-territorial unit.
The declaration of the vehicle must be made within 30 days from the date of acquisition, in accordance with the current fiscal legislation.
