This procedure establishes the method for removal from the tax records of vehicles owned by legal entities, in situations where ownership of the vehicle has been transferred, deregistered, or in other cases provided by current legislation.
The procedure applies to legal entities requesting the removal from the tax records of a vehicle in the following situations:
- the sale or transfer of the vehicle;
- the deregistration of the vehicle from traffic;
- scrapping, dismantling, or destruction of the vehicle;
- theft of the vehicle;
- other situations provided by current legislation.
Removal from the records must be requested within 30 days from the date of transfer or the occurrence of the event that determines deregistration.
