CERTIFYING THAT THE APPLICANT PHARMACIST IS NOT/HAS NOT BEEN A MEMBER OF THE COLLEGE OF PHARMACISTS IN ROMANIA*
Required documents:

Application (the country where the profession of pharmacist will be exercised must be specified);

Copy of identity document (ID/passport);

Copy of bachelor's degree diploma;

Proof of payment of the 150 lei fee (in one of the accounts of the Romanian College of Pharmacists, displayed in the Contact section) for the issuance of a certificate attesting that the applicant is not / has not been a member of the Romanian College of Pharmacists, according to the provisions of Art. 1 letter c) of Decision No. 1/21.11.2024 Published in the Official Gazette No. 1,249/11.12.2024.

RE-ENROLLMENT IN THE COLLEGE OF PHARMACISTS IN ROMANIA AFTER A INTERRUPTION OF THE PRACTICE OF THE PHARMACIST PROFESSION FOR A PERIOD LONGER THAN 5 YEARS*
In accordance with:
› LAW No. 95 Republished of April 14, 2006, regarding reform in the health field, with subsequent amendments and completions
Title XIV - Practice of the profession of pharmacist. Organization and functioning of the College of Pharmacists of Romania
Art. 592
(3) Interruption of the practice of the profession of pharmacist for a period longer than 5 years results, by law, in the loss of CFR membership status.
(4) A new registration can be made only under the conditions of this law and with the favorable opinion of the national Council of CFR.

Art. 142
(4) Re-enrollment into the College of Pharmacists of Romania and resuming professional activity after an interruption of the practice of the profession exceeding 5 years can only be done under the conditions of the law and with the favorable opinion of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, granted based on a professional reattestation organized by the Professional-Scientific and Education Commission.

Request to take the professional competency reattestation exam;

Copy of ID;

Copy of bachelor’s degree.

Proof of payment of the fee of 500 lei for the professional reattestation exam in order to practice the profession of pharmacist after an interruption longer than 5 years, according to Art. 1 letter d) from Decision No. 1/21.11.2024 Published in the Official Gazette No. 1249/11.12.2024

The 500 lei fee is collected by the College of Pharmacists of Romania, according to Art. 3 from Decision No. 1/21.11.2024 Published in the Official Gazette No. 1249/11.12.2024, and can be paid in cash on the day of the exam or by bank transfer (in one of the accounts of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, displayed in the Contact section) upon submission of the file for taking the professional competency reattestation exam.
› The file containing the required documents is submitted to the CFR headquarters for scheduling the exam.
› CFR issues a certificate stating the result obtained at the exam.
› At the territorial College, the following must be submitted:
- the certificate issued by CFR confirming passing the professional competency reattestation exam;
- Copy of ID;
- Copy of bachelor’s degree.

ACCESS TO THE PRACTICE OF THE PHARMACIST PROFESSION ON THE TERRITORY OF ROMANIA - FOR THIRD COUNTRY NATIONAL PHARMACISTS*
Required documents:

The address issued by the Ministry of Education and Research – National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) recommending the completion of an internship in a public or hospital pharmacy, approved by the College of Pharmacists of Romania;
-
The certificate of completion of the full internship, in a public or hospital pharmacy;
-
Copy of bachelor's degree;
-
Copy of identity document;
-
Practice booklet stamped and signed by the Territorial College, where the pharmacy where the internship was performed is located.
The file is submitted at the CFR headquarters for the scheduling of the professional knowledge re-evaluation exam.
