Issuance of the certificate for requesting amounts remained uncollected by the deceased disabled person*
The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with a disability, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as the case may be, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, under common law conditions at their request. The amounts provided above may be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, on a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.

Procedure for changing the payment method for the guaranteed minimum income (social aid)*
The change of the payment method for the social benefit as minimum guaranteed income (social aid) can be requested at the Harghita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, by the holder, based on the document that proves their identity.
The change of the payment method refers to the way the social benefit is received, either through a bank account or by postal order.

Issuance of the certificate regarding the attestation of the period and the amount of the child-raising allowance.*
The holder of the child-raising allowance right can request the issuance of a certificate showing the period and amount of the allowance. This certificate is requested for the purpose of calculating unemployment benefits, medical leave, or for accessing bank loans, as applicable.

Change of legal representative for receiving the state allowance for children.*
The state allowance for children is paid to one of the parents based on their agreement or, in case of disagreement, based on the decision of the guardianship authority or the court ruling, to the parent to whom the child has been entrusted for upbringing and education.
Changing the legal representative for collecting the state allowance is done through a standard request addressed to the Harghita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, accompanied by supporting documents, as the case may be:
- in the event of the death of the holder - the death certificate presented by the other parent, marriage certificate;
- in the event of divorce - the court judgment by which the court entrusts the minor/minors to the applicant;
- in the event of placement - a copy of the placement order issued by the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection, or the judgment establishing the placement or guardianship to the applicant;
- in the case of adoption - the judgment entrusting the child for adoption.

Termination of the insertion incentive when the holder no longer earns income*
The right to the insertion incentive ceases on the day following the day when the beneficiary no longer obtains income subject to taxation and the child has reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with disabilities. The right to the insertion incentive also ceases when the holder of the right benefits from maternity leave and maternity risk leave, these being non-taxable incomes according to Law 227/2015 regarding the tax code.

Suspension of the child-raising allowance in case the holder resumes professional activity*
The right to the child-raising allowance until the child reaches the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability, is suspended starting the day after the beneficiary obtains taxable income and the child has not yet reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability.
The child-raising allowance is suspended when the beneficiary resumes professional activity.
It is not suspended if the entitled person is in one or more of the following situations:
- receives various amounts based on the law, the collective labor contract, or the individual labor contract, granted during the child-raising leave period, other than those resulting from the actual performance of work during the child-raising leave period;
- receives allowances as a local or county councillor, regardless of their amount;
- obtains, during a calendar year, taxable income from actually performing an activity during the leave period, the total amount of which does not exceed 5 times the minimum allowance amount, that is, 6250 lei (1250 lei*5).
