Submission of the file for granting social assistance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a borderou, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Mureş County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Borderou and Applications with supporting documents.
*Transmission of the file for granting social assistance, the family support allowance, and the home heating assistance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a registry, the applications recorded in the previous month, together with the supporting documents, to the Mureș County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Registry and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission of documents for granting home heating aid with electric energy*
By July 31, the town halls have the obligation to transmit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electric energy
The report including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with electric energy and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electric energy and the report including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with electric energy and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electric energy supplier.
*Submitting and registering the file for granting the child raising allowance*
Issuance of certificate for requesting amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits left uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to the other heirs, under common law conditions, at their request. The amounts mentioned above can be requested at the territorial agency for social payments and inspection by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting their status as an heir, and, if there are several heirs, the declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
*Transmission of documents for granting heating aid for the home with solid or petroleum fuels*
By April 30th, the town halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels to the Mureș County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection
The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Register and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes with thermal energy*
By July 31, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid, as well as the Centralized List including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Necessary documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid and the Centralized List including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.

Transmission of documents for granting heating assistance for the home with natural gas*
By July 31, the city halls are obliged to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of the home heating aid with natural gas and the Sheet including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and its effective amount, to the Mureș County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of the home heating aid with natural gas and the Sheet including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving them from the natural gas provider.
