Exercising the profession of industrial property counselor*
The profession of industrial property counselor can only be practiced by the certified natural person who meets all the conditions provided in ORDINANCE no. 66 of August 17, 2000 (*republished*) regarding the organization and exercise of the profession of industrial property counselor, registered in the National Register of Industrial Property Counselors and who is a member of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Counselors in Romania.
