The procedure is informational and is not available for resolution through this platform. The file is to be submitted in person or by mail at the CNASR headquarters in Bucharest, Bulevardul General Gheorghe Magheru no. 31, 6th floor, or at the offices of the territorial branches, where applicable. In order to obtain the authorization to practice the social worker profession, persons who meet the conditions stipulated by Law 466/2004 regarding the status of the social worker shall submit the application and the necessary documents, as well as proof of payment of the application analysis fee at the College headquarters or at the offices of its territorial branches. The documents to be attached to the application are those provided by law as well as other documents established by the BEX decision. After registration, the file will be analyzed by the Committee for Authorization and Professional Certification. Depending on the Committee’s decision, social workers will receive by email a notification informing them of the level of professional competence obtained, as well as the procedure they must follow to obtain the authorization to practice the social worker profession.
