Online issuance of certificates/recommendations for the recognition of Romanian qualification titles for general nurse, midwife, and nurse necessary in the other EU member states*
In accordance with Law 278/2015, the Order of General Nurses, Midwives and Medical Assistants from Romania, as the competent authority, prepares and issues the documents (certificates, etc.) necessary for the professional recognition of the Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and medical assistant, in the other EU Member States.
The activities for attesting the Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and medical assistant, in the other EU Member States, consist of preparing and issuing documents, hereinafter referred to as attestation documents, used by the authorities of the other EU member states, states belonging to the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation for the professional recognition of these titles according to the procedures provided by Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, with its subsequent amendments and completions. Depending on the case, attestation documents are certificates or recommendations.
Online requests for the issuance of the documents necessary for the professional recognition of the above-mentioned Romanian titles, accompanied by the corresponding documents, are transmitted through the PCUe to the county branch/the Bucharest Municipality branch of OAMGMAMR, to which the applicant is a member. If the applicant has NOT obtained the status of member of OAMGMAMR, the application is submitted online through PCUe to the OAMGMAMR branch within whose territorial jurisdiction the applicant resides.
If the applicant does not attach all the required documents or the file is found to be incomplete, the applicant will be notified via the PCUe system. Within 15 days from the notification, the applicant is obliged to complete the file with all the requested documents. If the applicant does not respect the completion term, upon its expiration, the file will be automatically closed by the PCUe system.
Recognition documents (certificates/recommendations) will be prepared at the level of the specialty structure of OAMGMAMR National, and within 90 days from the registration of the complete electronic file, they will be sent online to applicants via PCUe by the county branch of OAMGMAMR where they submitted the electronic file.
