According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraphs (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informational document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific planning requirements for the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documents, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant – natural person or legal entity.

2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not entitle the right to carry out construction works.
