(1) and (4) of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an information document regarding the legal, economic and technical status of the property, as well as the urban requirements specific to the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.
