Satu Mare Pharmacists' College*

The resumption of membership for pharmacists who are members of the CFR, who for objective reasons have interrupted the practice of the pharmacist profession for a period of up to 5 years and who have requested the suspension of their membership, is done on the basis of a written request addressed to the College of Pharmacists of Satu Mare, accompanied by the Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the document attesting the payment of the membership fee, and valid malpractice insurance.

In case of loss, destruction or theft of the CFR Membership Certificate, the application for issuing a duplicate Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania shall be submitted to the College of Pharmacists of Satu Mare, accompanied by the following documents: copy of the initial Membership Certificate, copy of the announcement in the media (local, national newspaper, etc.) and proof of payment of the fee of 100 lei, paid into the account of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, according to Decision no. 1/2018.

The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon submitting an explicit request, meet the following conditions: hold an official pharmacy qualification, are not found in any cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid to the Satu Mare territorial college account in the amount of 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 YEAR after graduation and 235 lei for other persons).

Upon request, members of the College of Pharmacists of Romania who, for objective reasons, interrupt the practice of the pharmacist profession for a period of up to 5 years may request the suspension of their membership for that period. During the suspension, upon request, of membership in the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the obligations and rights arising from the law are also suspended.

The pharmacist who changes their workplace from one county to another or to the municipality of Bucharest is required to register with the college in the area where the new workplace is located within a maximum of 10 days from the start date of the activity.

Registration is based on the transfer note. The transfer note is issued by the College of Pharmacists from Satu Mare, based on an application submitted by the applicant. The transfer note will be handed over, under signature, to the applicant. After the transfer note is issued, the pharmacist's transfer will be electronically requested in the Pharmacists' Registry and in the CDS Platform.
