Regulation

This methodology establishes the procedure for the recognition, within Ioan Slavici University of Timișoara, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad.

Application

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, from the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries, who have obtained the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

The procedure establishes the manner in which the automatic recognition of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out within Ioan Slavici University of Timișoara.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

Regulation

The procedure establishes the way in which the automatic recognition is carried out, within the Ioan Slavici University of Timișoara, of the quality of doctoral supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions from abroad.

Application

The provisions apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
