This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dentists of Salaj
The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data concerning honourability and morality, including the competence with which dentists carry out their profession. The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of proofs of honourability and professional morality for doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. The validity period of the current professional certificate is 3 months from the date of issue.
The fee for obtaining the certificate is 500 lei. The fee can be paid at the headquarters of the College of Dentists Salaj authority or into the account RO42BTRLRONCRT0382431101 opened at Banca Transilvania, Zalau branch, beneficiary College of Dentists Salaj, CUI: 18198734. In the payment details, the name of the dentist and the reason for payment will be mentioned (e.g.: Popescu Ioana fee for the issuance of the current professional certificate).
