Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection*

The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, other heirs, under common law conditions, at their request. The above-mentioned amounts may be claimed at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in the case of several heirs, the affidavit that the other heirs do not claim these amounts.

By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to send, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

By the 5th of each month, town halls have the obligation to send, based on a summary sheet, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a bordereau, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Prahova County Agency for Social Payments and Inspection. The town halls will upload the Bordereau and the Requests with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

By the 5th day of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

City halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the summary sheet and the applications with the supporting documents.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a register, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

Until April 30, the town halls are required to send the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

Until July 31, the city halls have the obligation to transmit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Summary Sheet including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The city halls will upload in the Necessary documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized Summary Sheet including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy provider.

By July 31, city halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, and the Statement including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with natural gas and the actual amount thereof.

City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas and the Statement including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.

Until July 31, the city halls have the obligation to transmit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the List comprising the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and its effective amount, to the Prahova County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the List comprising the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Prahova.
