SRI notice for obtaining the building/demolition permit*
The Romanian Intelligence Service approves the technical documentation for the authorization of construction or demolition works, and the request can be made by any natural person, legal entity, or public institution, provided that the SRI Approval is requested through the urban planning certificate.
The Romanian Intelligence Service reserves the right to request the completion of the documentation, in certain cases, with other documents in addition to those presented in the procedure.

SRI approval notice for the approval of urban planning documentation (PUG, PUZ, PUD)*
The Romanian Intelligence Service approves urban planning documentation (P.U.D., P.U.D., P.U.G.), the request can be made by any natural person, legal entity, or public institution, provided that the SRI approval is requested through the urban planning certificate.
The Romanian Intelligence Service reserves the right to request the completion of the documentation, in certain cases, with other documents besides those presented in the procedure.
