The College of Psychologists of Romania*

The procedure from March 27, 2020 concerns the recognition of professional qualifications of citizens of the Romanian state, citizens of a member state of the European Union (E.U.), the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, as well as citizens of third countries holding the EU Blue Card, issued in Romania or by another EU member state, for the purpose of practicing the profession of psychologist with the right to practice independently in Romania.
