Agricultural Register - Issuance of certificate for individual persons*
The procedure regulates the set of operations leading to the issuance of a certificate from the agricultural register. In the standard form through which you make the request, you state what type of certificate you want and what you need it for, and we will issue it in the online account. For other documents (if applicable, they will be requested in the account).

Urbanism - Issuance of Urbanism Certificate with online delivery in account*
The procedure regulates all operations leading to the issuance of the urban planning certificate, which aims to prepare the documentation for the authorization of construction works, for the adjudication by tender of the design of public works in the feasibility study stage, for legal applications and notarial operations regarding real estate transactions, the establishment of an easement in relation to the applicant’s (beneficiary/investor) request and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the either authorization of construction works, updated to date.
Proof of payment of the legal fee (copy):
up to 150 sqm - 6.77 lei
between 151 – 250 sqm inclusive – 7.9 lei
between 251 – 500 sqm inclusive - 10.15 lei
between 501 – 750 sqm inclusive – 13.54 lei
between 751 – 1000 sqm inclusive – 15.80 lei
over 1,000 sqm – 15.80+0.01 lei/sqm for each sqm exceeding 1000sqm.
The fee for issuing the urban planning certificate for the rural area is 50% of the fee established above.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 15TREZ27521070250XXXXX CUI 14932420, through Treasury Pucioasa.

After making the payment, you send us the proof of payment.

The procedure regulates the set of operations leading to the issuance of the urbanism certificate, which aims at the elaboration of documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, for awarding by auction the design of public works at the feasibility study stage, for requests in court and notarial operations regarding real estate circulation, the establishment of a right of way in relation to the applicant's request (beneficiary/investor), and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 from October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, updated to date.
Receipt for payment of legal fee (copy):
