Oamgmamr – Timis Branch*

In accordance with Law 278/2015, the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Nurses from Romania, as the competent authority, prepares and issues the documents (certificates, etc.) necessary for the recognition for professional purposes of the Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and nurse, in the other EU Member States.

The activities of attestation of the Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and nurse, in the other EU Member States consist of preparing and issuing documents, hereinafter referred to as attestation documents, used by the authorities of the other EU member states, states belonging to the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation in order to recognize these professional titles according to the procedures provided by Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, as subsequently amended and supplemented. Depending on the case, the attestation documents are certificates or recommendations.

Online applications for the issuance of documents necessary for the recognition for professional purposes of the aforementioned Romanian titles, accompanied by the corresponding documents, are submitted via PCUe to the county/Bucharest Municipality branch of OAMGMAMR, to which the applicant is a member. If the applicant has NOT obtained the status of an OAMGMAMR member, the application is submitted online via PCUe to the OAMGMAMR branch in whose territorial area the applicant resides.

If the applicant does not attach all the requested documents or it is found that the file is incomplete, the applicant will be notified via the PCUe system. Within 15 days from the notification, the applicant is obliged to complete the file with all the requested documents. If the applicant does not comply with the completion deadline, upon its expiration, the file will be automatically closed by the PCUe system.

The recognition documents (certificates/recommendations) will be drawn up at the level of the specialized structure of OAMGMAMR National, and within 90 days from the registration of the complete electronic file, they will be sent online to the applicants via PCUe by the county branch of OAMGMAMR where they submitted the electronic file.
