ANCOM notice for obtaining the building permit*
The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) issues the necessary approvals for obtaining construction/demolition permits for masts and buildings that may affect the operation of ANCOM's monitoring systems. The request can be made by any natural person, legal entity, or public institution, provided that the ANCOM approval is requested through the urbanism certificate. ANCOM issues the approval in accordance with art. 10, para. (2), item 31 of Emergency Ordinance no. 22/2009 regarding the establishment of ANCOM, published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 174 of March 19, 2009, approved by Law no. 113/2010, with subsequent amendments.
ANCOM reserves the right to request the completion of the documentation, in certain cases, with other documents in addition to those presented in the procedure.
