The certification conditions are specified in art.14 B from OMECMA 364/2010. The procedure involves the following steps:
I. Completion hou, with a study certificate issued by a competent entity, of a course regarding the management of technological risks, safety and quality of assembly works for industrial technological equipment
II. Preparation of the candidate’s file according to art. 18 from OMECMA no.364/2010, its submission to mind MECMA-DPDE, which analyzes and communicates, within 15 days, to the applicant whether the file is complete, or, as the case may be, requests clarifications or returns it to the applicant.
III. The secretariat prepares the list with all the files, forwards it to CPPI Busteni so that invitations may be issued for participation in the TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTION certification course for DTI assembly works
IV. The course lasts 5 days, Monday-Friday, and on the sixth day the exam is held with a written test, oral test and the defense of the paper drawn up according to the framework content prepared by the certification committee, communicated along with the invitation to participate in the certification course.
V. The result of the exam is communicated within a maximum of 15 days after the exam is taken
VI. The certification certificates, IDs, and stamp are personally handed to the candidates within 15 days from the date of the exam.

The certification conditions are specified in art.14 A of OMECMA 364/2010. The procedure involves going through the following steps:

I. Graduation, with a diploma issued by a competent entity, of a course on the management of technological risks, safety, and quality of works for the assembly of industrial technological equipment

II. Preparation of the candidate's file according to art. 18 of OMECMA no.364/2010, its submission to MECMA-DPDE, which analyzes and communicates within 15 days to the applicant whether it is complete, or, as the case may be, requests clarifications or returns it to the applicant.

III. The Secretariat draws up the list of files and sends it to CPPI Busteni in order to issue invitations to attend the certification course PROJECT INSPECTOR/TECHNICAL MANAGER OF EXECUTION/TECHNICAL QUALITY AND EXTRAJUDICIAL EXPERT for DTI assembly works
IV. The course lasts 5 days, Monday to Friday; on the sixth day the exam takes place, consisting of a written test, an oral test, and the defense of a paper prepared based on the framework content developed by the certification commission, communicated together with the invitation to the certification course.

IV. The exam result is communicated within a maximum of 15 days from the date of the exam.

V. The certificates of certification, IDs, and the stamp are personally issued to the candidates within 15 days from the date of the exam.

The course lasts 5 days, Monday-Friday, and on the 6th day there is an exam with written, oral, and the presentation of the paper prepared based on the framework content developed by the certification committee, communicated together with the invitation to participate in the certification course.

V. The exam result is communicated within max. 15 days from the exam date

IV. The course lasts 5 days Monday-Friday; on the 6th day, there is the exam with written, oral tests and the defense of the work prepared based on the framework content developed by the certification committee, communicated along with the invitation to participate in the certification course.

V. The exam result is communicated within max. 15 days after the exam is taken

VI. The certification certificates, identifications, and stamp are personally issued to the candidates within 15 days after the exam is taken.

The procedure involves going through the following stages:

1. THE TECHNICAL QUALITY AND EXTRAJUDICIAL EXPERT certified according to legal provisions, requests recertification, before the expiration date of the certificate, by submitting a recertification application, according to the model presented in Annex 1 to OMEF 1632/2007 art.7 OMEF no. 1632/2007. The Certification Commission will schedule a session of recertification exams, which will take place at CPPI Busteni, the exam date being made public on the CPPI Busteni website. art. 8 OMEF no. 1632/2007. According to art. 9 of OMEF no. 1632/2007 the exam for the recertification of specialists will include two stages, namely:

- Evaluation of the activity carried out during the period from obtaining the certificate of certification and updating information regarding the legal obligations incumbent on certified specialists. Grading is done according to art.10 OMEF no. 1632/2007

- Taking a written test to check knowledge.

2. THE TECHNICAL QUALITY AND EXTRAJUDICIAL EXPERTS who do not pass the recertification exam, or whose certification certificates have been suspended/canceled for a period of 6 months, according to the provisions of art. 43 of OMECMA no. 364/2010, will be able to obtain a new certificate under the conditions of art. 11 OMEF no. 1632/2007. We mention that according to art.13 OMEF no. 1632/2007, at the request of interested parties, short-term training activities may be organized, under the conditions of the Regulation approved by OMECMA no. 364/2010. Upon issuance of the new technical-professional certification certificate and ID card, the old certificate, the ID card, and 3 recent photographs, necessary for issuing the new documents, will be submitted to the issuer.

The new documents will keep the series and identification number previously held, with the stamp remaining valid. art.14 OMEF no. 1632/2007.
