The certification conditions are specified in art.14 B from OMECMA 364/2010. The procedure involves following these steps:

I. Completion, with a study certificate issued by a competent entity, of a course on technological risk management, safety, and quality of work for the installation of industrial technological equipment

II. Preparation of the candidate's file according to art. 18 from OMECMA no.364/2010, submission to MECMA-DPDE, which analyzes and communicates, within 15 days, to the applicant whether it is complete, or, if necessary, requests clarifications or returns it to the applicant.

III. The secretariat prepares the list of files, forwards it to CPPI Busteni to issue invitations to participate in the certification course TECHNICAL MANAGER FOR EXECUTION for DTI installation works

IV. The course lasts 5 days, Monday-Friday, and on the 6th day there is an exam with written, oral, and the presentation of the paper prepared based on the framework content developed by the certification committee, communicated together with the invitation to participate in the certification course.

V. The exam result is communicated within max. 15 days from the exam date

VI. Certification certificates, IDs, and stamps are issued personally to candidates within 15 days of the exam date.
