Persons residing in the territorial area of Gorj County, interested in becoming a professional maternal assistant, submit to the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Gorj an application for evaluation of their capacity, accompanied by the documents mentioned below.

The certificate is issued by the Gorj Child Protection Commission, having a validity of 3 years.
