The recruitment, evaluation, training of PF/AMP and the certification of professional maternal assistants must be carried out in such a way that the Child Case Management Service responds to the identified needs and all the particularities of the children who need a protection measure, as well as the particularities of language, religion, culture, ethnicity, and disabilities identified following the needs analysis.

Recruitment/identification must lead to the permanent assurance of the beneficiary's (the child's) needs and must take into account the number of applicants, their residence, access from query residence to other types of services depending on the child's needs (school, clinic, kindergarten, public transport, etc.), living conditions, and only those who meet the conditions established by the legislation in force are selected, following the evaluation process, for the training phase and subsequently certification.

The person/family, the maternal assistant who wishes to take in placement the child/children for whom a special protection measure is established, as well as the person who wants to obtain the AMP certificate, submits an application to DGASPC Vrancea, to which they attach supporting documents:

1 - copy of civil status documents;

2 - copy of educational documents;

3 - criminal record certificates for the applicant and the persons with whom they live;

Applicants will participate in a mandatory training program, in accordance with the curriculum of professional training courses for AMP, namely Order no. 137/2003.

Based on the evaluation and training reports, the final evaluation report is prepared, which is attached to the applicant's file. Persons who have applied for the evaluation to obtain the certificate of professional maternal assistant will submit a request to DGASPC Vrancea. The certificate is granted in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 679/2003.
