Persons residing in the territorial area of Satu Mare county, interested in becoming a professional maternal assistant, submit to the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Satu Mare an application for the evaluation of their capacity, accompanied by the documents mentioned below.

The certificate is issued by the Child Protection Commission Satu Mare, and is valid for 3 years.
